About Us

I started in local schools working with kids who were carrying things no one their age should have to. I saw what happened when someone actually stopped to listen. It wasn’t a clinical exercise. It was about really seeing them, and it showed me how much human resilience actually matters.

Eventually, I noticed a pattern. Those kids grew up to be the CEOs, the managers, and the leaders we see today, but they didn’t leave those heavy experiences behind. They just got better at hiding them behind a title.

That realization changed my practice. I saw that the “invisible ceilings” in most companies weren’t lack of skill, but unaddressed trauma and burnout. I moved into corporate coaching because you can’t fix a business if the people running it are still carrying a weight they never made sense of.

Why I Build Bridges

Mental health and professional performance are the same thing. When a leader hits a wall or a team falls apart after a crisis, a new business strategy is useless. You have to address the person underneath the suit. I built Karen Lifecoach to bridge that gap.

The Approach

Most coaching focuses on the results. I look at the input.

  • Stress is a nervous system response. It is not just a scheduling problem. We look at how your brain is actually handling the pressure.
  • Teams are driven by an emotional engine. If that engine stalls, the business stops moving.
  • I don’t do jargon. I provide a private space to make sense of the chaos so you can actually move forward.

The Bottom Line

Whether I’m working through a School Retainer Model to ensure a child gets help regardless of their bank account, or I’m on-site for Corporate Trauma Debriefing, the core is the same.

I give a damn about people.

When you’re supported, you work better. It is that simple. If you are ready to stop just coping and start recalibrating, let’s talk.
